About
Hi, I’m Elizabeth and a new-ish Buddhist. I don’t claim to be an expert, I’m not a monk. I’m just an ordinary person who was seeking something different from religion and found a home with Buddhism.
I’m not out to convert anyone or denigrate other faiths. At times I may write about my experience with them, but again just my experience.

Sonnenbrise is German for sun-breeze. It is connected to a key moment for me, one I will write about in a future post.

Science

Growth
I admit to reading more than my fair share of self-help books. Some were very helpful, some less so. The ones that helped me the most had parallels in Buddhist approaches to our life and how we interact with the world.
